Study hall is an opportunity for students to take time during the school day to work on assignments. It is considered a setting where students will be engaged in activities outside of the regular classroom and is not intended to give students a period whereby they merely report to a location with a pass and leave or play on devices. Restrictions on pass usage may be included in mandatory assignments or during times when student privileges have been abused. In some cases tutors may be available. This experience is graded.
